Online Registration Form for NHS Applicants to USW & GetReskilled Programme

What is going to happen once I start this Online Registration form?

This form is to register for the University Certificate in Pharmaceutical and Medicinal Product Manufacturing (Level 4) with the University of South Wales and GetReskilled. You are going to be asked some questions on your work and education background, as well as questions on what your education and career goals are. This will take you approximately 1-hour to complete.

Some things to keep in mind as you work your way through the registration form:

1) If at any point, you don't have a piece of information or document on hand, you can click "save and continue later" . You will be emailed a link to re-access your registration form so that you don't need to start the application from scratch
2) As part of your registration for a place on the course, we are going to ask you questions to make sure you have properly researched what you will be qualified to do upon completion of the course and to make sure you have a thorough understanding of what the course will entail.
3) Part of the registration process is also completing a telephone interview with Sinead Creaner our programme coordinator. You will need to book your telephone interview as part of completing this form
